   We plan, design, build, launch, and operate web, mobile, and cloud products. Working prototypes expose assumptions early and give everyone something concrete to evaluate. We release in focused increments and improve from evidence.

   AI agent development and technical advisory

   We advise on technical direction, development teams, technology choices, and practical AI adoption. Where the work calls for it, we design AI agents, implement them in the workflow, and evaluate their output in operation.

3. 03

   IP technology and R&D

   We research and build AI systems for patent and intellectual property work, including document analysis, evaluation of patent scope, and tools that support expert judgment. For IP Rich Inc.'s PatentOS, G Productions contributes product strategy, AI architecture, full-stack engineering, and brand design as its development partner.

Alongside client work, we grow businesses of our own. New technology and new ways of working are proven on our own products first, and the lessons flow back into client projects.

   Company operations

   We build and operate KAISHA NOW. It uses AI to help run a company in Japan: incorporation first, then the filings and paperwork that follow.

   Event tech

   We make software for people who put on events: Gathrly for small paid gatherings and here.dj for music and DJ events.

   Music label

   We run Prism Collective. Its artists include people and AI, and we never say which is which. The music is judged by how it sounds.

   Consultation

   We learn the problem, goal, and constraints, then define what is worth addressing. The first consultation is free.

2. 02

   Proposal and estimate

   We provide a written proposal covering scope, team, schedule, and cost. Engagements may be project-based development, a monthly advisory retainer, or co-development.

3. 03

   Development and weekly reviews

   As a rule, we review working software each week. Progress and open decisions stay visible, so changes can be discussed while they are still manageable.

4. 04

   Launch and operation

   Depending on the engagement, we continue with measurement, improvement, and maintenance after launch. We can also support a handover to your internal team.

   AI-native development

   AI agents handle exploration and iteration. Senior team members set the direction, review the work, and remain accountable for quality. The level of human review follows the use case and its risk.

2. 02

   Decisions stay close to implementation

   The team deciding what to build stays involved through design, engineering, and operation. When an assumption changes, the reasoning travels with the change.

3. 03

   Working in Japanese and English

   We can define requirements, design, build, and document the work in Japanese and English. Each language is written for its readers, not mechanically translated from the other.
