Positions we're hiring for

  • Design Engineer

    Shape how a product looks, works, and speaks, moving comfortably between design and implementation.

    • Design and implement product interfaces and interactions
    • Build and maintain design systems and their components
    • Use orchestrated AI agents to prototype and test ideas

  • Full-Stack Product Engineer

    Take web, mobile, and cloud products from architecture through launch and operation.

    • Design, build, and operate front-end, back-end, and infrastructure systems
    • Launch products and improve them using evidence from real operation
    • Integrate AI agents into the development workflow and evaluate their output

  • AI Engineer

    Build LLM and agent systems for product features and development workflows.

    • Design and orchestrate AI agents for production workflows
    • Build and evaluate LLM features and processing pipelines
    • Run applied research in specialized domains such as IP technology

Note: Employment or contract terms are discussed individually based on your experience and preferences.

Work style

Working arrangements, agreed together

Remote Work fully remote from anywhere in Japan.
In-person collaboration Scheduled in-person meetings can be held at THE N3 in Aobadai, Meguro.
Flexible arrangements We agree on the balance of remote and in-person collaboration for each role and project.
